United Metallurgical Company (AO OMK)
A Russian industrial holding company that owns both steelmaking and industrial facilities and delivers integrated solutions to the energy sector, transportation, construction, and other sectors of the economy.
The majority of such OCTG tubulars are manufactured at OMK’s facility in Vyksa, Nizhniy Novgorod Region. It is one of Russia’s oldest metal making plants founded in 1757.
It has been manufacturing welded casing since the early 1980s. Today, OMK’s Vyksa facility is one of the most state-of-the-art in Russia and has an equipment suite that is capable of manufacturing tubulars that meet customers’ modern-day challenges.
